Dr Zandile Ndlovu
Zandile is a leadership consultant and governance adviser, and the Founder of Black Mustard Seed, working at the intersection of leadership, strategy and inclusion. She brings over 30 years of experience across financial services and organisational development in the Global North and South.
She previously served as a member of the Executive at Investec as Head of Belonging, Inclusion and Diversity, contributing to enterprise-wide cultural and strategic initiatives. Zandile is a qualified accountant (ACCA) and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Cape Town. She has also completed a Professional Doctorate in Inclusive Leadership, focused on belonging and institutional culture in global organisations.
Zandile participates in a board development programme with Together Housing Group and sits within the Commercial Committee, contributing to discussions on risk, performance and strategic oversight.
